I believe that life is full of many challenges that wound us, stretch us, and grow us. When we are experiencing anxiety, heartache, stress, and grief, a compassionate and skilled counselor can ease the overwhelming sense of bearing those burdens alone.

I am a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska. I graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and from Grace University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Going to a counselor can be pretty frightening; my goal is to make it as comfortable as possible. I believe that we all need help at times to work through difficult issues in our lives. Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear and at other times, we need to work through really painful issues.
