I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in the State of Nebraska. I have a master’s degree in counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary. In addition to counseling, I have a professional background in ministry and higher education. I have served on church staffs in children’s, youth, and family ministry. In higher education, I focused my career in Student Affairs, serving as a college administrator and helping students through all types of life challenges to meet their goals.
Throughout my career, people have been the center of what I do. I aim to meet people where they are, just as they are, to help them develop, process, and reach their goals for their next chapter of life. My orientation as a counselor leans toward solution-focused practice; however, my goal is to provide counseling that is beneficial to each client in a safe and therapeutic environment.
