We can go through life talking, but not feeling heard, communicating, but not finding understanding. This has been a lifelong goal of mine, to listen to souls who long to feel heard, find meaning, and improve their relationships. Since entering the professional counseling sphere, I have worked with a wide variety of people from children to adults, from individuals to couples and families.

I approach each new client with openness and curiosity and like to see the counseling relationship as a partnership to help you accomplish your goals, and find transformation. Whether you are facing a life transition, relational troubles, anxiety, depression, or some other mental, emotional, or relational struggle I want to help you make connections that bring clarity and direction to sometimes confusing parts of life.

Whatever your situation may be, if you are interested in seeing me, please reach out if you have any questions, or if you would like to schedule an appointment.

GET TO KNOW ME:

Favorite Music: I love singer/songwriter, an artist I love is Sleeping at Last

Favorite Author: C. S. Lewis is my favorite classic author, although for my more modern pick, it’s a tie between Hannah Brencher and Liz Bohannan.

Hobbies: I have long been an avid tea drinker, although now that I have a child, coffee is a good kick start to the day. I enjoy indoor plants and outdoor pollinator and vegetable gardens. Poetry is also a passion of mine, and I enjoy doing “poetry on the spot” with a typewriter that has been in my family for a few generations.
