Living in a fast-paced culture, I believe it is harder than ever to take time to care for yourself, rest, and restore. I desire to help people grow, restore, and heal from unforeseen tragedy, brokenness and mental illness. My goal is to help each client find hope that they never knew was possible to achieve and utilize their strengths and talents to become a healthier version of themselves. I am passionate about bringing this hope and healing to each person that takes the bold step to seek counseling. I am passionate about working with teens and young adults who may struggle with managing every-day life stress, anxiety, depressive symptoms, transitioning into a new phase of life, or navigate an unforeseen change in their life.

I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Hope International University in Anaheim, California. My counseling experience has consisted of counseling at CityCare Counseling beginning as an intern, began my private practice at CityCare Counseling in 2020 and now hold my LIMHP and CPC. Previously, I had four and a half years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, performing behavioral therapy with an ABA approach. You will find my approaches still have a behavioral approach along with CBT, DBT, life skills, and a variation of other tools/theories based on the unique needs of each individual client.

I have been married since 2015 and have two beautiful children. As a family we love to be outgoing and explore new adventures outdoors. Many of my clients enjoy this same high-energy adventurous approach that I can bring to the counseling experience. I look forward to walking through this journey alongside you.
