I have always had a passion for helping others find their way through life’s struggles, big and small. I understand sometimes we experience difficulties on this journey and need a helping hand to find a way back. That’s where I believe people like myself come in, to lend that helping hand when needed.

Whether counseling is new to you or something that you have utilized in the past, the choice to process through any issue is a brave and courageous one. I believe that each person holds incredible value and courage to face the difficult things in life. As a therapist, I love coming alongside people in their journey to give an honest and helpful perspective, to empower each person to help find the clarity, resolution, and support they need.

From adolescence to adults, I strive to have a kind and direct approach to each situation, and create a space in each session that is safe without judgement. I have a history of working with adolescents, young adults, and their families, as well as adults. I have helped people to learn to manage depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, work to improve their family relationships, and manage everyday stress effectively.

I understand the difficulties that life can bring, and I also understand the hope and healing that can come through sitting with a therapist and doing the deep inner work it takes to overcome circumstances.

I offer a person-centered approach and focus on building a strong rapport with my clients to make them feel heard and respected. My hope is that this approach instills trust in my clients and helps them to find the motivation to make changes in their lives.

It is my belief that no one is a lost cause. No one is without hope. Whether you struggle with anxiety or depression, a particular life transition, or a more serious mental health condition, therapy can be beneficial. Let's work together to help you live your best life.
