Sometimes life doesn’t turn out how we planned. At that point, we have the option to give up or to keep fighting. Your life is valuable. But sometimes, we need to get out of our own way to move forward. If you’ve been feeling like you are fighting an uphill battle and nothing is getting better, I want to help you change that.

I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Nebraska and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa. I graduated from Denver Seminary in 2007 with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling.

I’ve spent the last decade of my life working with people who are stuck and need to find a way out, whether that be an addiction, difficult relationships, or simply being dissatisfied with where they are in life. God has a plan for everyone, and sometimes we need help finding that. I utilize solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and brainspotting in my practice and am excited to walk alongside you as you discover your purpose.

If you are interested in moving forward with counseling or simply have questions about the process, feel free to contact me.
