Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief? Many of us walk through seasons of these emotions and sometimes we need someone to walk that journey with us. The road you’re on can feel lonely and unbearable. Don’t let the desperation of needing help build. Seek out help and, with the guidance of the Lord, we’ll work toward making healthy changes that give you more peace.

As a provisionally licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I’ve had experience working through the process of grief, listening first, processing emotions, and sifting through fears. Although being a Christian is not a requirement for me to work with you and I will honor the path you’re on, I feel strongly about incorporating faith into our sessions and would be delighted to share Christ as a source of strength and comfort.

God has called me into a position as a counselor. My purpose is to help you find relief, comfort, and healing at whatever point you’re at in this journey of life. I believe walking this difficult course with you would be a great honor. Know that you’re not alone and Christ has not abandoned you.

“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” —Proverbs 11:14
