Taking the first step towards therapy can be challenging, even when facing significant difficulties. It's not always easy to acknowledge our vulnerabilities and seek support. I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where individuals and families can navigate life's challenges and discover their path to healing and growth.

We all face things in life that we never imagined would be part of our story. It is in these times, especially, that we need others to help us bear the load of suffering, whether that be from anxiety, depression, loss, etc. I believe this is my call as a counselor, and, therefore, I am dedicated to providing space to process whatever may be plaguing you in life right now.

We collect experiences as we move through life. These experiences form the lens through which we view ourselves and the world around us. My goal is to support clients in processing these experiences and understanding how they have shaped their story so far.
