Sometimes life doesn’t turn out how we planned. At that point, we have the option to give up or to keep fighting. Your life is valuable. But sometimes, we need to get out of our own way to move forward. If you’ve been feeling like you are fighting an uphill battle and nothing is getting better, I want to help you change that.

You were designed to live fully alive, in the present, connected in relationship to family and friends. Trauma affects body, soul, and spirit; no parts of us are left unscathed. It can leave us feeling detached from ourselves and others, as if we are trapped behind a barrier unable to access real life, real connection, real belonging.

Most people have a nagging feeling that things are not exactly how they should be. Sometimes things happen that cause that feeling to grow, and we have trouble reconciling how we think life should be with how it actually is. Counseling can help us sort through those feelings, understand our challenges, and heal from hurtful and destructive experiences.
