I believe in the power of a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, uncover their strengths, heal and achieve personal growth. I have a passion for working with children, youth, and teens helping them to understand and navigate thoughts, feelings, situations, and potentially harmful behaviors. I help clients manage anxiety, depression, and stress from life transitions, offering them coping skills and emotional support to build resilience.

I have spent the past 28 years working with my husband and raising my family of four and all but one of my kids have left the nest! I spent the last several years leading intensive healing groups through my church, taught community Bible studies, volunteered at our local crisis center and mentored women.

LIMHP
I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in Kearney, Nebraska, and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. I graduated from the University of Nebraska–Kearney with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am married with no kids but have two Labrador retrievers. My wife and I are originally from western Nebraska and love the good life of Nebraska.
