Everyone’s journey looks different, and there are times when we may need a safe place to pause, reflect, and work through what life brings our way. I believe counseling can be a meaningful space to feel heard, understood, and supported as we navigate those experiences. I believe every person has value, purpose, and the capacity for growth, and that even in the most difficult seasons, there is hope.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, and environment all play an important role in our overall well-being. I believe God desires restoration and wholeness for us in every area of our lives—mentally, emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be honest, process what you are experiencing, and work toward meaningful change.
My experience includes working with school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and sports performance. I strive to bring compassion and understanding into my work while meeting each person where they are.
I believe where you are today does not have to determine where you go from here. My hope is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and encourage you toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope. No matter what season of life you are in, you do not have to walk through it alone.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” — John 10:10
