I am a provisional licensed mental health professional in Nebraska with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. I believe every person is created with inherent dignity and goodness. My approach to treatment is a compassion-focused, integrative style of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, humanistic therapy, and cognitive behavioral methods. I have experience working with teenagers, young adults, adult children of divorce, anxiety, and eating disorders. My aim as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to engage in your healing journey.
