Challenges, hurts, and brokenness are unavoidable in this life, but we were never meant to face them alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk with you through those difficulties, helping you experience the healing, peace, and hope that God offers through the work of the Holy Spirit.

In Matthew 11:28 Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Jesus provides us with a rhythm of grace so we can live freely, but often in this world and with the stress and burdens we have it can be hard to find our way. I am here to walk alongside you, and I am eager to hear your story. As a therapist, I aim to use my skills and connection with clients to promote function, emotional regulation, healthy attachment, understanding, and meaning.

It’s not always easy to ask for help. And change is hard – for everyone. But sometimes sharing with someone else can help divide the burden and multiply the joy. I love hearing people’s stories. I am a solution-focused counselor (in other words, “Let’s try to find something that helps you feel and function better”) while understanding that sometimes we have to look back to move forward.
