In today’s fast-paced culture, it can feel harder than ever to slow down, take care of yourself, and find space to truly rest and heal. I believe counseling can be a meaningful place to restore hope, build resilience, and move forward; even after unexpected hardship, anxiety, depression, or seasons of feeling stuck.
I am passionate about working with teens, college students, and young adults, as well as young women navigating relationships, work-life balance, parenting, and the transition into adulthood. Many of my clients come to counseling feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, anxiety related to school, sports, or relationships, and life changes they didn’t anticipate. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered; while learning practical tools to manage emotions, improve confidence, and create healthier patterns.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hope International University in Anaheim, California. My counseling experience began at CityCare Counseling as an intern, and I began my private practice work there in 2020. I currently hold my LIMHP and CPC. Prior to counseling, I spent over four years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder providing behavioral therapy using an ABA approach—an experience that continues to influence my structured, skills-based style of therapy today.
My approach is grounded in CBT and DBT, and I tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and certified in PREPARE/ENRICH for premarital counseling.
Outside of work, I’ve been married since 2015 and have two beautiful children. As a family, we love being outdoors, staying active, and exploring new adventures. I look forward to walking alongside you in your counseling journey and helping you take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
