We will focus on the whole self, identifying internal parts and dysfunctional patterns that may have been necessary to survive and thrive in past seasons but are now hindering present growth. By sifting through these layers, we implement sustainable patterns and move toward authentic integration for a stronger foundation to build legacy upon.
