I am a provisionally licensed mental health therapist. I graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience ranges to all age groups with varying degrees of mental health conditions.

I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and am a provisionally licensed counselor in Nebraska. I have six years of experience working in the social service and mission field with survivors of human trafficking in Thailand and Omaha, and with the homeless at Open Door Mission.

Sometimes the ways of the world and personal stressors conflict with what we need to be ok. It can often be difficult to manage how racism, violence, employment, illness, relationships, and other factors, impact one’s mental health functioning. I believe you, to be the expert on your life’s story.

We can go through life talking, but not feeling heard, communicating, but not finding understanding. This has been a lifelong goal of mine, to listen to souls who long to feel heard, find meaning, and improve their relationships. Since entering the professional counseling sphere, I have worked with a wide variety of people from children to adults, from individuals to couples and families.
