"I believe in the power of a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, uncover their strengths, heal and achieve personal growth. I have a passion for working with children, youth, and teens helping them to understand and navigate thoughts, feelings, situations, and potentially harmful behaviors. I help clients manage anxiety, depression, and stress from life transitions, offering them coping skills and emotional support to build resilience.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) in Nebraska. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. I utilize an eclectic style of counseling which primarily includes a combination of Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Creative and Expressive Therapy techniques. I have experience counseling children, teens and adults, men and women. I also have experience working with and supporting youth and families through traumas, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, relationship issues, depression, self-harm, anger, anxiety, grief, and other life hurts; including a background in leading addiction groups as well as grief groups.

Taking the first step toward counseling is a brave and meaningful choice. Whether you're navigating a challenging season, seeking personal growth, or simply feeling stuck, you're not alone—and you don't have to do this by yourself. Everyone’s story is unique, and I’m here to listen to yours without judgment, to walk alongside you, and to help you move toward the life you want to live.

If you're ready to begin—or even if you're just exploring what counseling might look like—I’d be honored to connect with you. Let’s take this next step together.

1 Peter 5:7 states, "Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.""
