It’s not always easy to ask for help. And change is hard – for everyone. But sometimes sharing with someone else can help divide the burden and multiply the joy.

I love hearing people’s stories. I am a solution-focused counselor (in other words, “Let’s try to find something that helps you feel and function better”) while understanding that sometimes we have to look back to move forward. C. S. Lewis said, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Counseling is help for today by evaluating yesterday for a better tomorrow.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Nebraska. I received my Master’s in Counseling from Crown College. I also have a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling, and love to integrate a Christian perspective into the counseling process.

I would be honored to help you with your journey toward mental, emotional, spiritual, and psychological wellness. You are a masterpiece, meant to live in freedom and peace.
