My name is Jennifer Douglas and I am a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska. I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University. I am also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Serving my community as a counselor places me in the unique position of meeting people where they are most vulnerable. It is an incredible step of faith when you decide to reach out to another human being for encouragement and support. It takes an incredible amount of trust to sit with someone you just met and begin the challenging task of exploring past hurts in the hope of finding freedom and healing. My hope for every client I am honored to serve is that they feel welcomed and accepted in my presence. My prayer is that you will trust me with your deepest hurts and allow me to meet you in your place of pain with the same love and compassion that Christ met me with in mine.
